Vor einem Jahr hat sich die Truppe des TNT Theatre mit ihrer »English Tea Party« erstmals bei uns vorgestellt. Nun kommt sie mit einem Krimi wieder, in dem alles ganz anders ist als vermutet. »The Murder of Sherlock Holmes« vereint wie immer knochentrockenen englischen Humor, Komik hart an der Grenze zum Makabren, Stepptanz und Gesangseinlagen.

»TNT’s production is a sensational approach to the legend of Sherlock Holmes. The play is set in the Victorian ‘naughty nineties’, where deep in the decaying East End of London a gang of criminals an cut-throats are presenting their own version of the mysterious death of Sherlock Holmes, revealing once and for all the true identity of the fiendish villain, Moriarty. But as they try to perform the play, they too come under suspicion of the foulest murders.«
